I would like to start by saying thank you to all our loyal customers and to welcome all of our new clients to our pet resorts. For over 20 years, it has been our privilege to serve the greater Portland area, as well as all Mainers, even folks from out of state and Canada. I can’t say enough about my staff, most of which have put in many years of tireless dedication to our furry friends. We have a great team and I’m very proud of them.
We are really excited about the new changes taking place around here – everything from remodeling to grooming specials, pick-ups and drop-offs, events, special promotions, modified hours, and much more. We are looking forward to a great year.
With this tough economy, I understand how hard it is to spoil our pets. We are still the most affordable (dog & cat) boarding and doggy day care facility in Cumberland County, as well as the first to offer two locations. Most importantly, we are committed to keeping our prices down!
I’ve seen many changes in our industry over the last decade, but I can assure you that these things will never change: our dedication to your pet’s needs, our customer service and friendly staff, our facility design, our flexible hours and, foremost, our desire to exceed your expectations.
